  13. I recently purchased a USR Sportster 33.6 ext fax modem and I've noticed 
  14. a very annoying hum coming from the modem.  This hum is much more noticable 
  15. when the speaker is on (regarless of the volume setting).  Is this 
  16. normal?  Is there anything I can do to get rid of it?  Any help would be 
  17. appreciated.
